Es responsabilidad exclusiva de los estudiantes internacionales cumplir con los requisitos migratorios y la obtención oportuna de las visas, residencias o prórrogas correspondientes. Los estudiantes deberán conservar su regularidad migratoria en Argentina, caso contrario la UCEMA informará a la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones dicha irregularidad.

IMPORTANTE:

• El postulante deberá comenzar su trámite al menos 60 días antes del inicio de clases.
• La Constancia de Inscripción Electrónica (CIE) tiene una validez de 30 días desde su emisión.
• La fecha de inicio de estudios estará incluida en la vigencia de la visa y representa la fecha máxima en la que el estudiante podrá ingresar al país. Por este motivo, es indispensable que el estudiante indique con la mayor precisión posible la fecha estimada de viaje a Argentina.
• De acuerdo con la normativa institucional, los estudiantes no podrán incorporarse a la cursada si han transcurrido más de 2 semanas desde el inicio de clases.

IMPORTANT:

• The applicant must begin their process at least 60 days before the start of classes.
• The Electronic Registration Certificate (CIE) is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The start date of the academic program will be included in the visa validity period and represents the latest possible date for the student to enter Argentina. Therefore, it is essential that students indicate their estimated travel date to Argentina as precisely as possible.
• According to UCEMA policy, students may not join classes more than 2 weeks after the official start date.
